Managing Director
Louise Abbs
Louise Abbs is the managing director of PAM Wellbeing, and a qualified counsellor in Psychodynamic Practice. Highly experienced at helping some of the UK’s best-known employers to roll out mental health initiatives, her expertise lies in creating preventative mental health strategies that stop people from becoming too sick to perform or attend work. With 15 years in the industry, she is responsible for overseeing PAM’s Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and Psychological Services, which support over a million people in the UK with their mental health. She is passionate about providing a tailored service that truly meets the needs of the customer organisation and helps their people thrive.

Adam Burman

Account Director
Adam Kelly
Adam Kelly is our Account Director and has worked for PAM for 4 years. Adam has solid experience in account management with proven operational delivery within the occupational health and wellbeing sector. Adam is an efficient and result-driven individual, who delivers to meet both our clients and business needs, with his collaborative and creative abilities for engaging with all key stakeholders and shaping proposition and service.

EAP Operations Manager
Andy White
Andy has worked for PAM as our EAP Operations Manager for three years, bringing with him a solid managerial background, previously managing world-class operations for organisations in the top 10 FTSE companies in the UK. With a strong people management background and passion for excelling for his customers and clients alike, as well as a drive-in supporting his team to flourish and be the best they can be.
Andy enjoys working as part of a dedicated team that put everything into supporting the wellbeing and mental health needs of their clients; whilst going the extra mile in supporting people during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Andy also enjoys working collaboratively with clients and key stakeholders alike, understanding their specific working environments and day to day pressures, understanding their people needs, and meeting this through the effective service that his team support with as part of the EAP service.

Operations Development Manager
Rachael Neal
Rachael Neal manages the PAM Wellbeing Client Services department and promotes the implementation of changes to ensure the customer is at the forefront of everything we do within PAM wellbeing.
Prior to working at PAM Group Rachael worked as a Welfare Rights Officer for many years within a third sector organisation and more recently within a Local Authority. Providing debt and welfare benefit advice and representation at First Tier Tribunal hearings. Rachael, joined PAM Group in 2017 as our first Welfare and Benefits Advisor, later progressing to her current role.

Head of Mediation,Training and Consultancy
Katy Cullum
Katy Cullum is a Psychotherapist, Mediator and Trainer with over 10 years’ experience of working with clients and helping them to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. Her experience within PAM Wellbeing has included being an integral part of a team delivering counselling, training and mediation to a variety of our clients.
Katy’s training in Psychotherapy has given her experience and insight in how human behaviour and interaction impact work place dynamics. Her knowledge and experience has influenced how our training is developed and delivered and is in line with the PAM Value ‘Providing a high level of service to our clients everyday’.
Katy believes an employee’s mental health and wellbeing has never been more important and as Head of Mediation, Training and Consultancy she leads an experienced team of clinicians and facilitators to deliver training on a range of contemporary and relevant topics that support mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Head of Trauma and Critical Incidents
Deborah Pinchen
Deborah Pinchen has worked in the field of mental health and management of services specialising in trauma for over 10 years and is currently PAM Assist’s Head of Trauma and Critical Incidents. She has worked at PAM Assist for over 4 years and has developed a variety of trauma focused workshops which includes creating and facilitating and having a wide-ranging mental health experience.
“I provide an open honest trusting space where I hope people feel comfortable to share as I am sometimes the first person they have trusted with how they feel, especially post incident. Providing them the guidance and assistance they require to step out of that dark place into a better lighter place is an honor. I value debriefs as feel this creates a safe secure non-judgemental environment where people can share as well as listen to the psychoeducation provided to help process naturally what can be an horrific traumatic event which can be life changing. I have a great deal of passion for my work’’.

Head of Psychological Services
Kate Martin
Kate is Head of Psychological Services at PAM Wellbeing and a qualified psychotherapist. She has been with PAM Wellbeing since 2019, and brought a wealth of experience from various sectors including the commercial, education and charity sectors. Kate manages a team of 60 plus staff who deliver Wellbeing assessments and therapeutic interventions to employees referred into our service by their employer. She is passionate about enabling our clinicians to deliver the best Wellbeing services that they can to our customers and their employees as she fully believes that the services that we offer supports employees to return to work and stay in work.

Clinical Director
Colin Grange
Colin is Clinical Director of PAM Wellbeing and a Counselling Psychologist by background. He has worked in the employee assistance/wellbeing area for over 26 years, and he is a former Chair of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association UK. He has extensive experience of developing and managing the delivery of clinical, information and wellbeing services to individuals and organisations, both remedial and preventative in nature, in both the UK and internationally. In his role of clinical director, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of clinical services of the highest quality to the employees of PAM Wellbeing’s client organisations. He is a specialist in personally delivering clinical, coaching, consultancy and training services to employees and managers at all levels within client organisations.
